Is Freak Shake…
Natural?
Yes - There has never been a Freak of Nature without Nature. Freak Shake products are naturally formulated from natural ingredients. All our ingredients are naturally sourced and classified by the FDA as “Generally Recognized as Safe” or GRAS unlike some supplements which may contain ingredients that have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety or efficacy.
Vegan?
No - We don’t currently offer a Vegan formula. Freak Shake utilizes Dairy Protein Isolate which involved a Dairy Cow before it became an ingredient in our products. Dairy protein has some advantages in its composition of whey and casein proteins. Both provide a complete amino acid profile, with whey being the most rapidly bioavailable form known to science and casein taking a little longer to digest which helps reduce the feeling of bloating for some athletes. Slower digestion also means more complete protein absorption (In other words less protein ends up passing through your system into the toilet…). Keto?

Lactose Free?
No. Freak Shake Products are Low Lactose. Because we utilize casein and whey protein extracted from dairy in many of our products, there may be trace amounts of lactose.

Yes- Freak Shake products are naturally formulated and sourced from naturally occurring ingredients that are never artificially synthesized. We design all our products to use only food-safe ingredients, meaning every ingredient incorporated into Freak Shake products are generally recognized as safe (GRAS) by the FDA.
