We want our customers to be so excited about Freak Shake they want to share the scoop with their teammates, coaches, friends and followers. If you purchase from the Freak Shake website and don't feel that our products helped you feel or perform better, we will refund your purchase. It's that simple.

To begin the return process if you are dissatisfied with our products, please email us at info@FreakShake.co. Tell us your name, order number, item you are returning, last 4 digits of the credit card you used, and if you want to exchange or refund.

If your request is approved, you can expect the process to take 1-3 weeks.

Guarantee Guidelines:

Freak Shake reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if customer has abused the Guarantee. Additional guidelines for returning products are below.

Returns Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please use our contact form and provide the following information: 

  1. Your name
  2. The order number
  3. The last 4 digits of the credit card used to purchase

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, minus the cost of shipping back to our warehouse.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please have your order number ready and initiate a return here. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning a high value purchase, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
