Guarantee & Replacement Policy
#FreakShakeWORKS - We Guarantee Freak Shake Products!
We want our customers to be so excited about Freak Shake they want to share the scoop with their teammates, coaches, friends and followers. If you don't feel satisfied with your first purchase from the Freak Shake Endurance website after training with it for a couple weeks, we will refund the purchase price for the first item you ordered. It's that simple.
To start a refund request, please refer to the instructions below. If your request is approved, you can expect the process to take 1-3 weeks.
Guarantee Guidelines:
Freak Shake reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if the customer has abused the Guarantee. Additional guidelines for returning products are below.
Refunds and Replacements Overview
Our refund and replacements policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t guarantee a full refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be purchased from our website at https://FreakShake.co. We cannot honor the Guarantee for purchases from Amazon.com or retail locations.
To initiate a refund or replacement for damaged or incorrect items, please use our contact form and provide the following information:
- Your full name
- The order number
- The last 4 digits if you used a credit card to purchase
- The reason for your request
Refunds
Refund requests will only be honored for the first Freak Shake Endurance product purchased. We do not accept customer refund requests for items that represent repeat purchases.
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
If your refund request is approved, then your request will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Replacements
We will replace items ordered from our website at https://FreakShake.co that arrive damaged or with the wrong items at no charge.
To request a replacement, please take a picture of the damaged product. Note your order number and request a replacement via our contact form. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
